VOIP With Business Answering services

VOIP stands for “Voice Over Internet Protocol”, and is basically any phone service you might get that requires your internet connection in order to work.  This includes such well-known providers as Comcast Business Voice, Time-Warner Business Class Phone, Charter Communications Voice, Vonage, 8×8, and many others.

Does VOIP work with an answering service?  Yes!  We can be a great augmentation to your VOIP service. With most VOIP providers you can set up your VOIP service so that we answer anytime you don’t answer after so many rings, if your lines are all busy, or even if your internet connection is down.

Essentially, you can get rid of that voicemail that comes with your VOIP service and replace it with a real, live, friendly human being.  As I’ve noted in my other articles, this will almost definitely get you some new business you would not have otherwise.
