Business Answering Service Introduction

Well, this is my first blog post.  I thought I’d take a moment to say what the purpose of the blog is.

My name is John Vaughn, and I’m the owner of the company.  Since I’ve been in the Answering Service business for many years, I’ve accumulated quite a bit of knowledge about this industry, as well as technologies and other related things.

There’s just too much to stuff into the regular web pages here, so I thought I’d introduce this blog to discuss various information that might be of use to our current and future clients, but that doesn’t fit easily into the other pages.
